Update - more similar research

Friday, 31 July 2009

Another similar survey has been carried out by Bloor Research in conjunction with Headstar and Ability Magazine. They asked organisations about the major drivers for accessibility and found that whilst meeting legal requirements and enhancing corporate social responsibility ratings were both rated strong or very strong drivers by 70% of the respondents, only about 15% rated increased revenue or reduced cost as a driver. Again, this shows that they do not see a clear business case for accessibility. These are businesses. They need a business case!
