Business case for accessibility

Thursday, 26 November 2009

An excellent article, thank you. We are working on resolving this very issue over at the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. Several of the 'classic' case studies are under development (L&G, Tesco, Sydney Olympics, Target), and we are also working on getting even more recent case studies - with as much hard data as possible on e.g. increase in visitor numbers - drawn up. More news as it happens. In the meantime, please do comment here about any large corporate or governmental (or other) sites that you know have undergone significant accessibility improvements in the last year or so. And when the change happened.
